How about a Colorado SS, but forget about the LS2, go with the LS7

Been done, but wont happen. GM had a concept Colorado SS with the LS7 in it. they deemed it too much vehicle for the public and scrapped it.. There are still other private companies that will do transplants.. One in particular I can recall the name but they do LS2-into-Solstice transplants..

The write-up was in HotRod... pretty good stuff... the swap was done by GM Performance though... Mallet does them as well but only if you can spare like $60,000+ the cost of the car with no goodies... Freind looked into it...

...But yes, an SS colorado would be nice... for to long as GM put body kits on small trucks and given them cool names... a small/midsize pickup with the TBSS drive train would dominate the market... down with the extreme... all hail the syclone... even a nice turbo 4cyl would be nice in my opinion... those ecotecs in the solstace redlines are bad... push as much as a 5smo moostang...
