I dont know if would want FOOSE chrome considering the fact that it pitted. I would just use a good chrome shop and I am sure they will come out better than new!

the center caps on these rims are metal not plastic? i found a place that says they will chrome plastic but i guess that it's not a normal operation to chrome plastic

i dont have the foose rims any more. i have the 08 tahoe wheels. and then large center cap is plastic. my foose wheels got so bad that sold them to my stepbro and he had them acid dipped and them powder coated and the acid dip must not have been done right, cuz they continued to pit under the powdercoating.

don't they have to resurface the metal underneath the chrome when the pitting gets really bad?

i have no idea. if it would have been me i would have had the wheels buffed and polished to make sure the finish would have been as good as possible.
