I definitely wouldn't call regency unless you had to. I'd go to your local car parts store and find some the same size.

Oreilly's told me they could order them for me. I never got around to it. I am just going to a stock housing so I can run HID's in them.

Need your help on this one guys. Today when I left work I started the truck and put my seat belt on. turned on the radio and then went to back out of the parking spot. Put the shifter in reverse and it made a loud grind when I put it in gear??? Tried it again and it did the same. Third time it didnt do it. Fine all the way home but did it once when I downshifted from 5-4th??? Let the truck cool for 5 hours and went outside to move the truck and it did it again in reverse? WTF!!! I dont beat on this truck and def. dont bang gears in 5th and reverse??? Any ideas? Bad synchro? Fluid? Clutch feels fine. Tranny seems just a hair notchier, but it could just be in my head?

my $.02 would be synchro. check your hydro fluid and make sure your slave or master isn't bleeding down.

on another note i installed some 4.56 in the truck last weekend and got the first wot on them today. here is a speedo vid.

let me know what you think.

Damn truck still has the reverse grind. If I let it warm up and shift into R slowly it wont due it, but if its cold and I shift normal into reverse, it grinds.
Whats a t-5 rebuild run?

Who did the work? I would think this lame *** t-5 should cost less?? I would just do a t-56 swap but that would cost thousands.
