Joe Gibbs Muncie tranny question..

I want to change the fluids in my Gibb but was wondering what tranny fluid to use in the muncie 5 speed, synchromesh or gear oil???

I thought the trans was a NV3500?

I was told by previous owner and mechanic it's a muncie... I also have a 6.0 in mine, I also read where some have the muncies... Anyway I need to know what fluid to put in it...
