not sure, but i don't see why not. You may be able to order it from TSP when you order the cam.

So nelson will charge you 150 for the update. I have a spare pcm i could sell, and i could have zippy email me a tune for your truck and i'm pretty sure with the current credits on HPT i could load it on the pcm for you. Zippy might even put the truck into SD for better results and easier tweaking. I could ask him what he wants for a email tune if its something you would like? if not just have the other tune unlocked so when you get to a dyno you can tweak it in.

nelson's update is free, i just pay like 10 bucks for shipping.
but, it would still be locked.
Id pay 500 to buy HPT, and they send me an unlocked PCM with my current (or updated) tune, then it can be re tuned.
Let me know what Zippy would charge for a tune, and a price for your spare PCM.. there is 1 AWD dyno out here in Naperville.. not sure what they charge or if i have to make an appt... would be nice to dyno tune it..

and i dont want to take up your HPT credits.. those are costly..

Mikey, while you are at it, you will need a new O-Ring for the Oil Pump Pickup if you do the timing chain. I know you aren't planning on it, but you will need fuel injectors, trust me, and if you want to get crazy, a fuel pump(Magnacharger inline) just to be safe. You may also want to consider a Catch Can and also a WideBand...

What Valve Springs are you going with?

the o-ring is cheap but only needed if you screw it up. You have just as much chance of cutting the old o-ring as you do the new one when you slip the pick up tube back into the oil pump.

your right the injectors will most likely be maxed out. Before the cam and heads on joes truck his injectors were at 95%. a set of 42 pound marine injectors would get you through most or all NA mods.

The fuel pump is a waste of money for most na trucks. The stock pump keeps up just fine.

ill look into injectors after the main work is done.. i think the stockers will be fine until i actually get a chance to go to a track.. my daily driving is construction right now, so i cant play with the truck much on the hwy until sept..
i thought about doin a new oil pump and an inline walbro fuel pump.
wide band.. ehh.. leaving that for now until i can get an interceptor

Bonj your injectors will be your bottleneck! the heads and cam we did on my cousins 2500hd maxed out the stock injectors and zippy had to hold back a lot on the tune compensate for it.Next time zippy comes around we are doing the injectors on the truck and maxing out the tune.
