like fireman said...front diffs, and steer column...take it out for a ride, see what think and then have someone you trust take a look at it in depth...

 

I think Dan covered most things to look out for. These trucks are relatively worry free and you can't say that about many vehicles now days. Also, 150k on the lq9 is no big deal at all, these motors are very reliable.
