Keeping your MAF Makani? If so, should be easier to tune...

 

i believe so, just talked to the shop. Engine is almost in, should be putting the cam, turbo, etc in tomorrow and he'll tune that SOB this weekend (im hoping).

 

I forget - what heads did you end up with? By the way, found a place to fix mine and already sold them again. Ended up pulling the insert out, welding in new metal, smoothed out and retapped. Only cost me $70.

 

CRAP, i mean good for you, but damn why couldnt they do it the first time?? Glad it all worked out for you in the end Got the West coast racing heads.

 

I really could say some things but i wont.

Hopefully we will get to see at least what mine will run n/a at the end of the month but do to the location of where i am working now it will be next year before i can really get the times down there.

i was untill first of june, I had to put the 408 in the ss within 3 weeks of me coming up here. thats why zippy is coming to get it this coming weekend to get the tranny problems ironed out
