That MAF might be happier in a straighter section of pipe, like where you plan to put the BOV.

hmmm thanks for the tip, I could put a straight pipe where it is now and swap the elbow for a 4-4 and put it just before the bend so it can get some good straight laminar flow. The blowoff can be right by the battery

Got the inlet side of the intercooler done too...

ofcourse this bit is about to change a wee bit to put the MAF before the turn

Managed to mount the Blowoff Valve and also run the oil supply and return lines ... $165 for two fabbed up lines from Parker!

Also spoke to my buddy who'll be helping me tune it and he said just leave the MAF where it is for now and we'll see how the truck likes it. If it turns out to be a problem with erratic readings, well move it. I just want to have the least amount of joints and clamps.

So was able to get wastegate location sorted out some. Just need to get a bellow/flex tube short enough to fit to finish up the final piece of pipe and finish welding up the merge.

charge pipes done and ready for beads to be rolled on

cardboard tube to help with wastegate placement

wastergate location setup

cardboard tube kinda worked out good

Cardboard tube slid on top of metal tube

cut!

All major fabrication done, front grille is back on!! It's the final stretch. Started insulating the A/C and Coolant lines and relocating the Coil packs just a bit higher and got the MSD 32079 wires so that I can use a 90° boot to route the wires forward and down.

DONE!

Downpipe connected to rest of exhaust

Started wrapping...

My buddy at Arundel Performance Inc. (Also known as F-body Central).
The truck has put down 520rwhp on the old setup on 12psi on a Mustang dyno with the 4L60E ... hoping for some decent numbers but would settle for a badass street truck with good manners.
