That's an Intimidator SS spoiler. 3 pieces plus 2 brackets for the corner pieces. Almost impossible to find an OEM one new or used; there are some repros out there that are sketchy. A guy on the SS forums makes repro brackets for the corner pieces, too.
Richard is right... it’s an Intimidator SS wing.. I got it not too long ago off a guy on SilveradoSS forum... its an original wing and took me forever to find one.. I had a replica one on my single cab but it was really cheap quality compared to the real one.. the brackets to mount it also got them from the same site a guy makes them and work really good and are pretty solid... I recommend them...
