Default Dual Waldron 450 pump install

finally got a good deal on an 04 fuel tank and bucket so I moved forward with the dual wall to 450 pump install with Racetronix parts and harness w/ 4psi Hobbs switch.

The 3 way air fitting with a 1/2” npt and 3 1/4” npt inlets with 1 plugged.
But there isn’t the best of flow for the inlets so I drilled them out for optimal fuel flow.

The 450’s with Walbro rubber sleeves. I have to sand down the rubber on the left sleeve to fit in the smaller portion of the pump housing in the buckets.
Stagger install.

Unpinned the two purple level sender wires and snap right into place on the racetronix dual pump harness and plugs into the Racetronix bulkhead plug through the top hat.

Here’s the Racetronix supplied bulkhead plug.
End result with gates green shield hose.

-10 AN bulkhead fitting welded up.

Nice work. That's a massive bulkhead fitting. That system should have plenty of headroom.

If I'm understanding the install correctly, you used one red and one blue for power wires to the pumps. One will be on with the truck, the other on a Hobbs switch. Then you spliced both pump grounds and connected to a stud on the hat which you will then carry out to the frame once it's installed?

Did you get a hotwire kit or do this all yourself?

Would be supplying all the parts?

JDM, the power/grounds are Racetronix dual pump harness p/n DP-ITWH-029. But To answer your question, yes that’s how it’s set up.

No, i think it would be best for you to order/build as you have with your own. You know what parts are needed.
