I have a very limited number of 5 piece silicone radiator hose kits available for the 99-07 Silverados. The kit includes the upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, Y-Branched heater/expansion tank hose, standard heater hose, and the expansion tank-to-radiator hose. This is the only 5 piece kit available for these trucks, and includes the only expansion tank/heater hose on the market that utilizes a one-piece design on the y-branch to replace the problematic OEM plastic fitting.
Colors available are blue, red, and black. Additional custom colors are available, but are subject to additional cost and lead time, PM me for more info.
There are several advantages to silicone hoses beyond just their cosmetic aspect. Primarily the higher resilience to high underhood heat (such as in a turbocharged application, or even just the additional heat from long tube headers). They do not harden up or dry rot from excessive heat, these have an operational heat range of -40 to 475 degrees. These hoses will maintain their pliability and flexibility throughout their entire lifespan. Furthermore, the multi-ply silicone can handle much higher pressures than traditional rubber, these hoses are burst tested to 250psi and can sustain operational pressures up to 72.5psi (about 4.5 times the standard cooling system pressure). Silicone is much more impervious to oil based contaminants, and will not break down like rubber when exposed to oil or other lubricants. When compared to rubber hoses, the service life of silicone is unparalleled, these would likely be the last set of hoses you would ever need to purchase for your truck.

I have one red kit available that had been reserved by someone who has not gotten back to me. So if anyone is looking for a red set, this is the only one that's left available from this batch.
I just want to make sure, does this set include all the heater hoses? If so, I'll take a blue set.
Yes, this set has both heater hoses. The y-branch hose that runs to the expansion tank and heater, and then the straight hose that runs from the engine to heater. If you're ready for a blue set, just PM me and I'll send over a payment link. Thank you.
