Default Connector Id help. 2005

I can't figure out what this goes to. Harness was brought as a 2005 Tahoe harness with a p59 pcm. The red wire traces back to the fuse box on one of the 2 prong connectors and the black wire is a ground. I tried to do a continuity test to find the other wires on the pcm connector but no luck. Before I go to unwrapping the tape and stuff does anyone know what this Is?

What side of the harness is it on?

I don't remember a connector like that. It's for sure not a coil pack harness connector.

I laid out my 05 harness awhile ago, from my pic I couldn't match anything really other than by bulk head connector

Ok so i traced out the wires. The heavy gauge red goes to what i assume would be 12v power to the fuse box, heavy black is to ground, all the others go to c100 connector. I cant find a c100 pinout that matches the one on this harness.
