Yeah my doc just chewed me out about my cholesterol. Way high for my age. Need to cut back on red meat and fried foods.

Trey (Jtphelps289) and his wife came down to the house Saturday... They're some really good people! But they missed out on some great smoked ribs, BBQ/smoked hot dogs, and killer sides! I'm looking forward to try and make it up towards Lubbock in a month or so and helping him put a turbo kit on his truck! He's got a nice crew cab, with a stroker in it already... Should be a extra strong running truck after that snail gets ahold of it! Now to the other good stuff, a little smoked and BBQ food **** for you addicts out there!<a href="http://s1341.photobucket.com/user/Jordanh1/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsw0vxzwn5.jpeg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1341.photobucket.com/albums/o756/Jordanh1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsw0vxzwn5.jpeg" border="0" alt=" photo image_zpsw0vxzwn5.jpeg"/></a><a href="http://s1341.photobucket.com/user/Jordanh1/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpscpcssjma.jpeg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1341.photobucket.com/albums/o756/Jordanh1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpscpcssjma.jpeg" border="0" alt=" photo image_zpscpcssjma.jpeg"/></a>

Tri Tip. I am on my 2nd Traeger at home, and I just bought a Rec Tec for my new shop. The Rec Tec is much better for the money IMO, but the Traegers are great too.

Wifey got me a Pit Barrel for my bday. I've done a pork shoulder and a brisket. Both turned out amazing.
