Default Turbo blowing oil into intercooler.

I recently put a turbo kit on my 5.3l. I have a .055 oil feed restrictor and original had the drain to the back of the pan. Started smoking so figured oil was backing up. Moved the drain to the front of the oil pan behind the harmonic and i am still getting oil blow by. I am completely lost, need help. I even swapped turbos thinking that was it. Oil pressure is about 50 or so cruising and 60 wot.

If someone could help me that would be great. My cell is 8453135851 joe.

How is your crank case vented?
Pcv system or vented to atmosphere?
What size air filter?
How's the oil line ran to the oil pan?

Oil in that side could be a few things.
Sounds like a crank case psi issue. If you swapped 2 turbo and it's still pulling through.
When you swapped dos you clean the ic out?

Crank case is vented to a catch can back into the intake. Also have vented valve cover cap.

Drain is going straight down the to the front of the oil pan. Im going to check the fitting and see if anything inside is blocking it.

I cleaned out the tubes and drove it un hooked to clear it out. Was g2g then hooked everything back up and it started doing it again. Doesnt do it at idle though. I have let the truck idle for like 10 min and oil will push through. Seems only while under load.

Ok. So I inspected my drain fitting and it was only 9mm. Swapped a different fitting into the pan. And I un hooked my oil catch can. Works perfectly now.

What do you mean unhooked catch can?
9mm? What size is your drain hose?

I originally had my catch can hooked up to both valve covers. It is an rx can. I had no isssues with my procharger like that. So what i did now is ran the driver side into the can then it goes into the intake pre turbo. Passenger side has vented cap that also runs the intake.

I am running -10 braided. The fitting is a -10 but for some reason had a small hole.

Vented cap to the intake??

That fitting is way to small.
