Time for a frame off... LOL
shut up, i kick myself for not doing it when i had it down to the cab and frame.....

I was right there..... And i ended up putting step bars on it that bolted to all three cab mounts on either side.... This was what the truck looked like when i ended up having the bypass.....

At this point if i had a garage, i probably would be pulling the truck apart to do the frame.....

If i hadnt had the surgery, and my buddy hadnt decided to leave his wife, id have probably oulled the cab and gotten all the suspension squared away.... He and i decided one night that the truck wasnt leaving his garage until it was all done.. I still need traction bars installed and hd tie rod setup and i want a set of cognito upper control arms with the lower mounts for the dual shock set up!!

Oh, like my Hotchkis sway bars...

Then I am walking through the Junkyard one day and boom a Tahoe had them.

Later I called someone that I knew might still have an NOS rear one that never got installed. He already had a rear from a truck that was wrecked in the front. So I found a guy selling a New Kit that was never installed.

And Hotchkis won't play ball on new ones unless I Buy 25 sets...

25 sets, what do they want per set?? Funny thing i saw a post from 2011 where atomic had a set he would sell, but i figured 5 years later was a bit of a long time to bother him about them...

Well, List price was around $615 last time the were sold... the discount isn't that much. Kind of like a shop buying parts through the dealer...

And I have to buy them out right before they start production.

You think?

The bar is the same in the rear but the 2WD and 4WD/AWD Front bar is Different. They wouldn't let me split production either. I have to order 25 minimum of each style bar. So that would be 75 bars minimum... or 100 if I wanted to make them all complete kits...

I know I am going to be stuck with a few kits But Even if I sold them at list price. There would only be like 4-5 kits That Would be free or that I could essentially throw away and break even. And you know it would take a while to sell that many...

I am currently looking into an alternative solution...
