Default t-6 BW build

Finally went and picked up my kit from Rick@ Trick.
Turbo is a t-6 Borg Warner s480 w/ a 1.10 AR. 5 inch downpipe, A/W intercooler, all tig welded. 50 mm wastegate IIRC and a 60mm blowoff. -4 feed and a -12 return. Who needs intercooler piping....

Rick did absolutely everything I asked him to do in the kit to a T.

After I poped the 4.8, I ended up with Wilde forged 370, specs are

370 Long block

*Callies Rods
*Wiseco -3.2cc 2618 Pistons
*Plasma top ring
*Tapperd wall wrised pins (300 dollar upgrade alone)
*Comp custom 21x/21x 11x cam
*Mellings HIGH volume oil pump
*JP adjustable timing set
*Comp hardend push rods
*GM Caddy racing lifters
*ARP head studs
*Patriot dual gold springs with ti retainers
*Clevite "H" main and rod bearings
*GM gaskets

Im also on a stock 80 with a PI 3500 triple disc

I hope to install it soon, I really just Need to figure out what to do with a fuel pump, I would like to stay returnless if possible. But I have no clue whatsover on what pump would work correctly. I really need input for the fuel pump. Perhaps I need to drill the stock tank and make it return? Im quite lost, I have 60 lb injectors and a 220 psi meth pump for fuel.

My hopes are for 800+ RWHP on 15+ psi, at least once lol.

What material is that manifold? I would do a search on the fuel pump issue. I lurk a lot around here and it seems everyone in that power range converts to a return system and runs dual walbro pumps.

SuperSub hit his HP mark (above 600) using a flex fuel pump. If you are dropping the tank to add a pump then you can address the return line...
