yes but the rotor housing is not.

I ran both methanol and ethanol through the teflon coated rotors on my Lightning when I still had the Eaton blower; the rotors looked perfect. Some blowers lose the coating with or without alky. I don't think the alky contributes to any damage, if the coating comes off it would have without the alky too in my opinion.
