Exclamation Zoopseal

Any of you guys use Zoopseal on your aluminum wheels? I'm going to do my new Centerline Stingray III's today. Just completed the initial cleaning process. If it works like they say, it should protect for about 2 years. It better....it's expensive!

You can get it directly off theur site: www.zoopseal.com. You can also watch video clips from "Trucks!", and their own instructional video. I'll report back on how it went.

I've seen the trucks on zoopseal, looked pretty cool!

I'd just like some real world feedback on this one.

Cool

So far, I've done the initial cleaning process. They stress that the pieces must be polished to the luster you want first,(because any imperfections that are in the aluminum will be sealed in), squeeky clean, and dried with a lint free rag. I'm in the drying process now. I'm going to lunch, then do the sealing process this afternoon.

Cool

Alright, I applied the Zoops sealer, now it's just wait till it get dry, then the last final polishing step. Seems ok so far.

Wink

Ok, just finished doing the final polishing step. Not too bad. Just remember that if you put too much sealer on, it's that much more elbow work to polish it up. I'll let it cure overnight, then hopefully get them mounted tomorrow.

I was interested in it the first time I saw it a few months ago. But I must admit the price scared me away. But it sure would save a lot of time polishing every month.
