Speaking of which, I have to change my rear-end and have to go with a 5-lug to handle the power/torque so will these fit on the new set-up? I don't know what the offset of these are/or would be.

what rear end are you going with that you HAVE to have a 5-lug bolt pattern?

Haven't settled on which one exactly yet but the guy whose doing all the work on my truck has suggested a 14-bolt or a getting a rearend from a 2500HD. Among other things. I don't know enough about rear ends but I told him to overbuild it. Right now it's gonna see +650 hp but eventually (in the near future) it's gonna be putting close to 1000hp to the rear and 4.10 gears. Again at this point concerning rear-ends I'm gonna take the guys word for it because he builds drag cars and hot rods and I don't know nearly enough to contradict him on it.
Now that I think about it I'm gonna start a thread see if anyone can help me out with this.
Sorry about the but since I might be going with a 5-lug I might just get a set of these

btw the 2500HD rear was a 8-lug set-up. I don't know which one he was refering to about the 5-lug.

the only heavy duty rear end i can think of is maybe a ford 9", because the 9.5" 14-bolt can be ordered with 6-lug and the 2500hd is 8-lug in a 9.5"-6.0L, 10.5" and 11.5" for the duramax and 8.1L
