I've been looking for a Denali console as well. I also saw this one out of e-bay, but I didn't bid on it because it didn't have the front piece.
Those rear controls are a waste for us regular cab folk (without the electrical creativety ). I don't know what I'm going to do with them either, if I ever become the owner of one.
It's going to look great once you get it installed. Congrats on the purchase. I assume it's a given, but don't forget pics once installed!

id like to get a console like out of my dad's xcab lt. it has the airvents coming out of it and i thought it might help with air conditioning and heating of the entire cab of the truck. but for what ive been able to find em for i'll just build my own. people think that these things are made of gold.
