just got my pitted up set of ck 948 rims done up.. LOL yeah i actually like em.. center caps are goin to be chrome..

Did you paint over the pitted chrome? If so they will only have that blue for a VERY short time. You might as well order some more paint and get some 80 grit sand paper and plan on re-doing them if you want them to look decent event for winter wheels.

no no . .they were sandblasted clean.. powdercoated with silver.. then powdercoated with blue over that.

of course. they will fit.. as they are the same ones i have on the truck now.. only coated.

Then why does it look like there are hundredes of bubbles or pitted chrome under the blue? Are they wet in the pic?

cuz the chrome and metal got so pitted by salt.
he sandblasted the hell outta them, then coated with a ton of silver.. then a thin layer of blue.
but those pits.. thats what happened to the chrome. i had to replace the wheels.. and not wanted the new chrome ones to get ruined.. i had these powdercoated to use in the winter.

damn I wanna see a pic with the wheels on the truck. If u drop ur truck its gonna look clean.

im not droppin the truck. im tryin to find a local joint right now that will mount them without charging me 100 bucks.. that hwy robbery
