Ok i have a 1999 chevy tahoe 4 door. The back 2 windows only go down close to 3/4 of the way down. I am guessing this is how it was made. How do i get it to go down all the way? what do i need to be able to do it? is it cheap or expensive to do? Thanks

 

i'm pretty sure it only goes down that far because of the rear wheel well.
