Just wonder about the backspacing, it say that they are 19mm offset, is that backspacing? If so is that enought or too much?

I don't know about the backspacing, since I bought my wheels and tires off ebay. But I have those exact 18" wheels on my 02 Silverado. They look great.

The AR maxim will work. Are you lowered at all? If you want to go to a 4/6 drop you will need to run shorter tires than stock since they sit flush with the fenders and don't "tuck" With a 2/4 or higher you'll be fine

Hey Y2KSierra, what kinda drop are you running, I bought some 18's this morning and I am going to get a drop but don't want the bouncy ride I got when I lowered my f150

I am running a DJM calmax 4/6 drop. 4" lower control arms with a flip kit in back. (pictured in sig) Since the sig picture i have added 2" rear shackles for a 4/8 drop which is more to my liking. The great thing about the DJM kit is you use your stock springs in the front and a flip kit in the back so your ride quality stays the same depending on what shocks you choose to go with. It isn't bouncy at all. I went with doetsch tech shocks which are stiffer than stock, and give me a pretty good ride.

DJM also makes a 2/4 drop that uses lower control arms and the stock springs with shackles/hangers in the back. Will retain the stock ride quality as well.

All in all you cannot go wrong with DJM if you are looking for a stock ride. If you want more of a handling truck then i would recommend looking into the Hotckis (spelling?) kit which is a 2/4 kit.

Here's a a pic of my truck with the 18 Maxim wheel....285/60 18 Toyo Proxy S/T tires. This is the only picture I have I could upload. If you want some more pictures, give me your email and I'll send them. They were too large to upload.
