Default Will this rim/tire combo work?

Will 305/40/22 work with a 2/4 drop? 22x10, 5.5" backspacking, 15MM offset.

I have a reg. cab and right now it's just lowered 2" in the back with shackles.
I will put these 22s on and leave it like that for awhile.
I will(want to) lower it with the Hotchkis 2/4 drop+sways and want to know if the 22s will be fine with this drop setup. If it rubs a little I don't care, I just don't want any serious problems.
Thanks guys

that is going to be a pretty tall wheel tire combo. I have a 4-6 drop and i rubbed tires with 275-45-20. best bet is to call discount tire or someonelike that and then ask them what the overall height of the tire will be and the go from there.

A buddy of mine has that Thunder Silverado offered in Arizona and it came lowered 2/4 with hotchkis. He put 22x10 Lexani's and went with a 295/30/22. He has about 1 inch of clearance. I have pics of it but dont know how to post it.

Thanks guys. I'm gonna ask the place where I got my 20s at. If the tires don't fit I'll sell em or something and go with the 295s.
Would anyone happen to have pics of 22s on their truck?

Hey SS,
What size backspacing do you have on yours?I am also running 275/45/20 on a 3,4.5" drop and would like to go with 4,6" drop but I think I am gonna have to go with a 255/35/20 tire to clear.I was even wondering about those.

Thanks,
Mike

Hey Chingon I thought you just got a set of 20's!?

So those sized 20's weren't enough huh!?

Why get 22's when you could get 24's? Then you could be a super
