will hd hood fit

i have an 01 ex cab silverado 1500 and want a new hood, will and hd hood of that same year fit or what else you guys recommed?

Yes it will. There are a few guys on this site that use the HD hoods on the light duty trucks. They look great IMO....I've thought about doing it several times.
