Wider wheels or just a spacer for my 2500?

Wider wheels or just a spacer for my 2500?
I'm thinking about these wheels:

But I see that the backspacing this set has is only 4.25". I've got the OEM forged aluminum which I'm hesitant to change, but I'd like to know how an 8" wide wheel would look with 245/75s, and push it out a little bit.
Not that it would ever get there, but I don't want fender clearance issues.
