I have no idea, someone here may know but I would think not. Just needs to get re-done. Did the guy offer a warranty on his work?

I emailed the guy and he said to drop it off and he would fix it for free. I also asked him about the quality of the powder. He said:

That is a very good quality powder coat. I order from the same place the "big shops" order from and use aluminum oxide for blasting which gives a good surface for the powder to stick to. I think it must be because it is right on the sharp corner why it chipped so easy. It should not have any problems chipping anywhere else.

I agree, but Ive also heard that Centerlines being rotary forged are a VERY hard wheel to get things to adhere to. Not sure how true that is though.
