White bumper cap/ bumper... black valence. Even if you paint that lower valence white it'll look like **** in a year or so. Just my opinion

The wheels are the polished tahoe 20s. The bottom would last white as its not a DD.
If I painted the Chrome part if the bumper white then I would have to ditch my chrome grill an color match everything, but I go have my old spare grill I could do it to...

I like the top white and the bottom valance white with chrome in the middle. That way it matches your grille and shell.

I've had my Lower Valance painted for sometime now, and other than a few small chips in the paint....it still looks as Good as the day I painted it.

Very Nice Mike! We are reppin our 99's good lol.
I am wondering if i should paint it with my good paint and paint guns, or say screw it and buy some rattle can duplicolor and clear, After all it just a "Valance"
