Default Where to find side skirts?

I was lookin at the exsaust clip thread on here and I seen a white 03+(i think) silverado that had the little lip kit on it and the side skirts had exsaust cut outs on them. So I was wantin to know if that was cut out of a basic kit or if it came that way. I would like to find something like that for my hoe so I can get rid of the side step. Can someone tell me where to find that at cause stylin concepts is the only one I found but it has no cut outs.

that was Quik's truck(02) and it is the regular street scene side skirts and he did the exhaust cutouts himself i think. his is one of the few trucks ive seen that actually look good with side skirts

Yea im a little worried to try it cause it might push it over the (too much) edge. But I think the front lip piece looks alot better than stock but if you do the front ya gotta do the sides then ya gotta do something for the rear so it does not look plain so this is killin me lol! Dangit I need someone to photo shop them on my tahoe so I can see what it will look like.
