You have to get them painted.

 

OH! but wont the paint rub off or do you sand it smooth for the paint to stick?

 

You gott asand it man. You may be able to buy some smooth ones. But I am not sure.

 

You can buy a smooth one from a Tahoe but you probably have to sand the air dam or use filling primer.

I'm going to be ordering one from them soon. The one I currently have is the stock one that was sanded down and painted, it's all fucked up now. Just from rocks and whatnot while driving the paint has chipped (over time).
