They came in 2 different offsets? I had no idea. I thought they were all a +31. Are you talking about an aftermarket replica? I would say that the +15 is made for other trucks and might look like it sticks out a hair too far on a lowered truck
The stock 20's on the GMT800 are a +20, but they usually come on trucks that have some sort of fender flare or body kit/cladding, like the Denali, Escalade, and SSS. On a stock or lowered truck like yours I go +31 all day. If you were slightly lifted then I would do the +15 so it doesnt look too narrow... thats a look I can't stand.

If you don't mind rolling your fenders, the +15 will look better IMO. Your tires aren't too wide to pull it off. But it will be close.
The +31 will tuck. Easy peasy.

All factory 20" wheels from a NNBS are a +31. Any picture you find of a GMT-800 running GMT-900 wheels thats most likely what you are looking at... I havent found any that look too tucked outside of maybe something with some lift.

If you ditch the chrome grille I go black 1000x over and use the bowtie from the chrome wheels. Color match that grille! Better yet, go with a color matched HD front end. That would be so sexy
