Default Wheel adapters....What size?

I have a set of nice 17" x 9"/17" x 11" wheels that I'd like to put on my truck, but I know I'll need adapters. Already found some adapters but not sure of what thickness I'll need.

The front wheels are 17" x 9" with 0mm offset/5" backspacing & the rear wheels are 17" x 11" 7" bs/177.80mm offset(if i figured the rear wheel offset right).

I actually have 6 of the 17" x 9" wheels so if I needed to (like the 11"s wouldn't fit the rear ever), I could run 9"s all the way around, so what thickness adapter would for them on both the front & rear?

My 2002 GMC Sierra is stock height front, 2" shackle drop rear & I might lower it some more but not looking to lay frame or body drop. Might even lift it but no more than 4" if I did.
