Speaking of 05 plus front end swaps

 

Hood cost 200.00 and my grille cost 150.00 all new plus paint and materials.. i just did the swap myself.

Watch craigslist.. Otherwise it prolly won't be cheap

 

can you just swap the grilles? my boss has an 05 grille and mine is broke was thinking about buying his but wasn't sure about clearance

 

The hood won't match up right. its a subtle difference, but its there

 

i dont think you can swap the grille without the hood

 

you cant swap the grill w/o the hood, dont half *** it, its gonna look like crap....

check your local junk yards and maybe you'll get lucky and find a truck that got totalled out without messing up the front end....

 

^^ i agree and youd be suprised, lot of wrecked hd's around
