It is REAL easy to do. There are several tabs around the cluster that you have to pry up a little to get the back cover off the cluster. After that, twist out the (6) larger twist locks & replace with the new twistlock/LED combo. Or, you can break the solder points on the old bulbs & remove them, then insert the LEDs. If you want to do the HIGHBEAM, TURN SIGNALS, get the T1.5 LEDS that come with the twist locks already on. They go right in with nothing else to do. On the brightness adjustability, there is none, They are FULL on until you turn the dimmer all the way down, Then they are off. Hope that helps guys.
