Default what tires for a 6/8 drop ?? please share your experience

Gonna go with a 6/8 drop on my stepside silverado 99
I am hesitating between a few tires
who already did a 6/8 drop with 275/40/20 ?? do you think this will do ?
I am also very interested in getting 275/35/20 or even 255/35/20

please let me know your expreiences & pics if you do

Peace out

that's what i thought as well but I saw a guy's truck with 275/40/20 on 6/8 so this is giving me a doubt here ... so if this works it may be more appropriate to have 40 series so I keep a good diameter of wheel

if you can tuck a 40 then thats what i would do, but if you can't then i'd just go with the 35.....a 40 would look real good if you could tuck it without rubbing

What GS7773 said.

40 would look much better, but you'll have some rubbing issues you need to address up front.

I'd honestly prefer to put 35 series myself if it was only for the look (I always loved the low pro look) , it's just that with a 35 series I get a 8% speed difference compared to my stock tires & it's quiet a lot in my opinion , running 40 series would make it about 4% difference which is better , but ! I really do not want to get rubbing problems , I'm quiet obsessed with that & a litle terrified as well with the idea of the tire touching something , so if there is a doubt or if it sure , then I will go for 35 then , just need a few more opinions
