On a NNBS, yes

I have qa1s on mine, many run doetsch tech and are happy with them.

Having front struts, I don't know what kind of options you have. I know a guy that had a 5/7 on his crew cab and his struts where just about bottomed out and he said the ride was terrible. I think he was waiting on belltech, or mcgaughys to make a drop strut, but don't know if they ever did. He since decided to lift it for a different look and better ride.

I don't know if anyone is making struts for a dropped NNBS, probably have to contact a few places and see if they have anything for the front

yea mine are about bottomed out and the ride is a bit bumpy, iv herd about the belteck street performance or nitro drop's but i cant seem to find any front struts or rear shocks for that low of a drop. i may just end up calling mcgaughy's or belltech.
