it was done with regular auto paint, the kind used to paint cars/trucks, everything was sanded down to smoothness =)

How do you convert the front of a 1500 to a 2500HD? Does the sierra bumper fit an HD?

 

Yep Ender, it would be the whole bumper, do it, I want to see it! And that piece on eBay should be everything you need i would think

 

Well If you are certain it would work, then it will be done. Don't know when, guess when I get some more $$$. I don't recon anyone would want to buy/trade for my HD front... I know alot of people like the HD frontend. If anyone is even slighty interested, post up or pm. If there is a lot of interest, I post a classified for it.

 

I would definitely be interested in the HD front end!! But I think shipping to AZ would be killer!

Looks like it would work, but certain.... no way. Never seen it done, so you would be taking a chance.
