The ss truck and the vettes have a scroll on the instrument cluster. What control the scroll. The reason i am asking this is b/c i am puting a ss truck instrument cluster in my 2000 gmc. I was trying to fig out how i could make it so it would have scroll too.

If I'm thinking of the same feature, you'll need steering wheel controls to operate the display.

 

I didn't think that the '03+ gauges would work in the '02 and earlier trucks. Have you gotten the cluster to work?

 

I didnt think it would. I could be wrong! Cool looking cluster! I was under the assumption that the 03 clusters are for 03's.
