Default wet sanding didnt go so well

so i decided since i had nothing to do today that i would wet sand my truck. well... it didnt go so well. so i used 2000 grit and a spray bottle. i pre soaked the sandpaper and used a bit of dish soap in the spray bottle. i wet sanded the whole truck and then went to buffing it out. well after buffing the hood and the front fender about 14 times there is still swirel marks. at this point im pissed and looking at turning it into my insurance and having the truck painted. we will see though. the scratches are not bad, but under the light you can totaly tell that it is f'd up. any ideas guys?

yea bro, just buy a porter cable online. Amazon had them for like $100 shipped a while back.

I'm sure you now know, but they say "Test in a small inconspicuous area" for a reason. Just f'ing with you bro.
