Exclamation Warning to billet wheel buyers!

Polished aluminum looks much more pimp than chrome when clean but beware, this is what you will have to look forward to on a semi-regular basis to keep them bling-blingin.

That thing in my hand used to be a white sock.

That was the last wheel, polished 1 on saturday, 2 yesterday, then one today. The weather has been so nice it wasn't bad at all doing it actually. I'd have to charge like $50 a wheel if I were to do someone elses, too much wear and tear on your fingers trying to get into all the nooks and crannys.

Yeah, I hate polishing those damn Timeless 6s. It takes forever to get over all of it and my hands always come out looking just like yours!

air tools help! Depending on how bad they are to start with.

What are you using to polish? doesnt look like a store bought product.

BTW My timeless 6s are chrome

Jsmith is it really worth it? I have several friends with expensive billets, and want to know what it really works like. We've all seen it on TV and in the mags, but real world is always different.

Automotive clear coat will do the same to protect your rims.
