Got my new (ebay) valve covers today.....Anyone powdercoat theirs?

 

EBAY valve covers? what type of valve covers are they?

 

arnt there two types of covers? Bolt location isnt it?

Yea, but that was for the cars. The 97's and (I think 98's) had perimiter bolt covers. As far as I know, ALL the truck heads are center bolt covers. There have been a couple of guys polish them. I may get my other set powder coated if it is not to much.

 

I think powder coat is the way to go, less maintinance!

 

hell with powdercoating, i krylon hightemped mine and they look sweet.

not yet...MARC, redaddiction has seen'em though, they turned out pretty good. they are dirty right now though.

 

Guess I can try that......I can always powder coat them if It comes out shitty. I am not that good at painting!
