I put some 2" shackles on my truck the last part of December. I was out putting a new sat radio antenna on my truck tonight. When I finished up and was walking past the rear of my truck I noticed it was not level. I havent measured it but I can tell there is a bigger gap on the right rear of my truck that the left rear. What gives? It didnt set like this before I did the shackles??

Yes, but the exhaust is on the right making up a little. But it's probably got more to do with the shocks and springs. Tire pressure can alter it a little also. Are the shackles bound up in any way that could cause one of the springs to load up or keep from returning to where it needs to be? I've seen people crank down shackles so hard that they almost don't let the spring pivit properly.

I had this issue on my 01 Sierra. The difference was about 2 inches from one to the other. I got this corrected by taking the passenger side leaf spring off and had it dearched to where both sides sat even.

hey fellas.........the uneven rear end could be caused by the front end wieght distribution.......i've had 2 bagged and one lowered so far.......the fronts dont tuck the same......front left always tucks a little different.......dont know why????.....a little more pressure in front left drops the right rear...........the 03 rcsb we did a regular drop and its slightly off........no big deal but it pulls a little.........sucks.
