Default Tire Size

Just bought a 2012 Chevy Tahoe 2WD.

I have a set of Centerline 20x8.5 wheels I am putting on but I am not sure of tire size. The OEM tire is a 275/55/20 Bridgestone but it is way to tall for a lowered vehice.

I am dropping the Hoe with a 3" front and 4" rear from DJM. The OEM tire size is way to big so I need a smaller tire but I dont want rubber bands around the rims either. How about a 255/45/20?

What are your suggestions in a tire size for a lowered vehicle?

Chad
