Ferocity, may I join you in your rollpan quest. Rather than cluttering the forum with another rollpan thread maybe we'll get more traffic this way.

I'm looking for something that fits well obviously, preferably steel, that will accommodate a flip down license plate and a hidden hitch as well as the spare tire crane.

I've looked at the RST rollpan which looks amazing but at 425.00 it seems pretty pricey for a used 6000.00 truck. I love the exhaust cut outs but don't need them. I have a turn down exhaust right now that I like so an RST rollpan would necessitate a different exhaust with overpriced RST tips. I realize you get what you pay for and if you end up not liking your mod then you just wasted your money.

I had good luck with my ebay rollpan. The gap is kinda big between the gate and the rollpan, but if you look at stock trucks the gap between the bumper and gate isnt small either.

I'm having a dented tailgate fixed next week... so while its in there its gonna get the pan repainted, an RST spoiler, and a goodmark cowl hood.

just from removing the bumper and hitch I'd say the back is .5" to 1" higher... crazy. I'd estimate it at about 100+ lbs total. Between that, the back seat, and the skid plates I hope to notice a difference at the track.

I have a sir michaels, and it fits perfect.

I ran a license plate frame for awhile, no issues with it fitting.

Just ordered a steel roll pan with license plate frame provision and hidden hitch cut-out from summit racing for 188.00 shipped. Will have before and after pics of it in about 12 days.

I'm thinking about doing something very cool but I need help from the guys with the ebay pans. When you stand behind your truck and look at the roll pan, is there around 2 inches under the license plate that could be cut out? I'm thinking about running some oem Camaro cme tips directly under my plate like my old SS had but all the pics look like the pans sit the plate down too far to trim it. I really don't need a full 2 inches, just close to it. Anyone that could take an up-close pic of the pan directly under the plate (with the plate in view) would be MUCH appreciated!
