I'm desperately trying to figure out how I want to go about putting a cage in the truck. I don't want to cut up my current tonneau cover, or fab up something that would work. I want to keep a covered, lockable space for my bottle, battery, and whatever else I decide to throw back there.
The easiest way that I've come up with to do this would be to sell the tonneau and get a fiberglass cap. My biggest worry is the looks of a cap...they've kinda gone out of style.
Just wanted your thoughts/opinions, and any pics of late model RCSB's with caps.
Something like this perhaps?

Nope! Don't do it! I do however like the caps that make a truck look like a Tahoe, but caps are not for me.
The only way I would do it is cut two holes and bend the back posts in the raduis of the lid opening. If that make sense!?

Don't do it. Dad bought one for Mama's Indy and I hate it. It's hard as hell to back up with it during the day, much less at night. There are extra blindspots with a camper shell. Worst of all they look stupid.
I'm gonna ****** that thing off and put a bed cover on as soon as I can.
