Default Thinking of getting these for my HD, what yall think

thinking these rims...price is right http://www.discounttire.com/dtc/find...&rc=LAVINT&rw=

and wraping them with these
http://www.discounttire.com/dtc/find...false&pc=40197

Which have and acctual measure of 32.99x12.83 inch

Note with a leveled front and a lil trim, should have no rubing issues ( I love the "built in HD body lift" )
