David go with a 2" BL so you can run a hitch off an HD so you dont have to have that goofy spacer below the rear bumper and it will look stock with gap guards. Id recommend NOT cranking the bars much, just cut the low pinch weld. I can show you on Sunday how I did my Dmax and fit 35s with just a crank. I did the full cognito front end upgrade though. If you crank more than an inch out of the front its going to ride like ****. You should really think about some extended length shocks if you do decide to crank it for a good ride. Also get the alignment cams tack welded after an alingment otherwise if you take it offroad when the suspension tops out hard it can knck the alignment out.
I've got my stock keys maxed and honestly it rides great and netted an inch, but I need another inch, so i was thinking ford keys cranked about half. do you have any pics of a 2" bl? I like the way zone 1.5 doesnt show the frame hardly. not sure what low pinch weld is?

I'm interested in those stockers if you decide to get rid of them.

Meant lower pinch weld. Youll see it behind the wheelwell liner. It will get you a decent amount more clearance. Your tbars may have sagged a little because generally maxed out keys will level you out. On my Z 7 or so years ago when I cranked mine it rode like ****.

Those are 2K wheels and i bet you could work with him a bit on the price. Media blast and powder coat them. Those are by far my favorite "offroad" wheel but youd have a good chunk of change into them. The cooper sst's are about the best bang for the buck mud tire that lasts from what Ive seen. I was really happy with my toyo mts but they are $$$$

yea there's 2 of them on the back of a 2000 z71 i'm fixing and one of them is cracked. It's still holding air but you can see part of the lip on the bead of the tire.

2" BL with a set of wheel to wheel six step bars look good IMO, covers up the frame good and are functional. Expecially when you have a short wife like mine that has to hop up into my sotck Z71
