Pop it out of the grille and spray bomb it
You may need to remove the grille to get the bowtie out, but it would be worth it as you won't need to tape anything off.

Rip off Maybe but i bought it for the same reaso I did not have to take it off then take it somewhere or do it myself, the dealership wanted 40 to paint mine this one is a new one painted so I can keep mine

Watch out for rocks, one hit mine after I painted it black. The paint stuck to the bowtie very well, but when a rock hits it hard enough to crack the actual bowtie, you might have problems with the paint sticking. Now I have to take it off and repaint it.
