Here are some pics of Smokinrice's tails. They were originally smoked euros and he had them candied with House of Kolor Burgandy. They are the best looking tails I have seen.

 

I was just going to post that exact same picture...I love the 03+tails stock but these are so fuggin clean it makes my mouth water just looking at that rear end.

What happens to reverse lights if you candy the entire light? Obviously they turn red....but do they still function reasonably well? Would higher watt bulbs help, or would they only help start a fire? I'd be tempted to try and get some under bumper reverse lights, but I've not seen any that tuck up nicely.

Would crap like this be a good starting point to do that? I wouldn't want to screw up my stockers, and I think these would look more even anyway.

 

I think they would turn out alot better than the stockers since the lense is clear. I have the same tails but they had a smoke finish, no a chrome one. I want to candy them like above but theirs a crack in them and im too poor to buy new ones.
