Default Tail Light Question

Does anyone know if the 2000-2002 Sierra/Silverado 3500 Tail Lights can be installed on my 2000 Sierra 1500? I like the black trim around those lights and wanted to replace mine with those.

Thanks

Yes, they will fit. All NBS (new body style) trucks from 1999 to 2006 have interchangeable tail lights. Have you considered the 2003-up tail lights for your truck?

I have looked at them, I think the Silverado 03 lights look cool but I wanted to have the black trim around the lights and the 3500 trucks were the only ones I saw. I might take a look at my buddies 04 Silverado again to see if I won't change my mind.

Thanks BlackLM7

04+Chevy tails have black trim, where the 03 Chevy tails don't.

are you talking about the tails off the dually's??? they have black plastic in between the individual lights... they look cool on a lifted truck IMO... they are too "rugged" looking for a 2wd 1500 esp a dropped one. I like those tails though... just not for mine.
